CHARLOTTE (March 6, 2018) - Owner and executive chef, Jamie Walker of Seafood Connection in collaboration with Inland Seafood will host a semi-private chef-driven experience to introduce the restaurant’s premier catering menu on Tuesday, May 7 from 5:30 pm - 9:00 pm at 630 University Center Blvd. Charlotte, NC 28262.
This preview will kick-off with red carpet interviews during the Who’s Who of Charlotte Cocktail Hour and will feature live music as well as more than a dozen new, mouthwatering island-inspired dishes. Walker's menu includes Honey Jerk Lamb Chops, Peruvian Seared Sirloin, Caribbean Red Wine Braised Oxtails in addition to Stuffed Crab Cakes, Lobster Risotto, Curry Seafood Fried Rice, Lobster Spinach Dip, Shrimp Ricotta Stuffed Shells, and many more delicacies. Guests who are in attendance will receive a first-look at Seafood Connection's full-service catering menu before it is made available on the restaurant's website this Spring.
“The style of food that we’re introducing is different than what our customers are used to experiencing with us, so this is definitely going to be something special and it’s always a good feeling to give back to the community,” said Walker.
The 2018 Queen City's Best Small Business Winner will also donate a portion of the proceeds to The Salvation Army Charlotte Center of Hope For Women and Children.
Since its opening in 2016, Seafood Connection Charlotte has become a familiar landmark known for its fresh catch and secret sauce, earning them significant attention online.
