WASHINGTON (June 19, 2018) - IndependentlyPR, LLC signs boundless dancer, vocalist, and creative director, Vie Boheme to its roster.
Producing and featuring in her own one-woman shows and with her own band, Vie Boheme graces the stage with a unique performance style that evokes peace, light, healing and empowerment. Vie Boheme’s presence is bold and unapologetic which has helped position her as an international dance artist and vocalist. She is a current member of Camille A. Brown and Dancers, and also choreographer and co-creative director for Stokley Williams, former frontman of the legendary R&B group Mint Condition, Vie Boheme is a sought after performer that is fearless and free.
To date, Vie Boheme has travelled around the world sharing her stories through sound and dance. As a respected artist, she has earned her place on stages in global arenas receiving positive recognition in the media for her work.

As a former dance artist with TU Dance and a founding member of The August Wilson Center Dance Ensemble (Top 25 to Watch, Dance Magazine, 2012), Vie Boheme has choreographed and performed with the St. Paul Chamber Orchestra, The Guthrie Theater with The Moving Company and she has also choreographed for The Children’s Theater in Minneapolis, MN. While with The August Wilson Center Dance Ensemble, Vie Boheme traveled with The US Embassy to teach and perform in Suriname in South America. Over the course of her career she performed the works of Kyle Abraham, Gregory Dolbashian, Dwight Rhoden, Uri Sands, Darrell Grand Moultrie and Sidra Bell. She is also a soul, funk, jazz vocalist and has opened for international acts Little Dragon, Bilal and J*Davey. Vie Boheme is also a Vinyasa yoga instructor with her own philosophy that has nurtured her versatility, CoreKinetics Yoga which has nurtured her body for her rigorous solo work.
Currently, Vie Boheme is performing in the musical West Side Story, directed by Joseph Haj with original choreography by Maija Garcia at the historic Guthrie Theater until August 26.
